About us

Who we are

M+M is run by a team of Christians from across the country.

Our team is a wonderful mixture of people from different ages and stages, including experienced holiday leaders and parents. We’re all volunteers and we donate towards the cost of the holiday ourselves.

All our team members are referenced and checked through the National Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly CRB). We also hold an annual training weekend ahead of the holiday which all our team members are required to attend. This is to make sure that all of us are thoroughly equipped and trained for all the activities on our holidays. Our overall leaders are Rupert and El Webster (M+M 1) and Will and Anna Eley (M+M 2).

We also have a team of trainee leaders on our ‘10:45 Programme’.

If you would be interested in joining our team as a holiday leader, we’d love to hear from you.

Our vision

At M+M Holidays (Max, Madness and Mayhem) our aim is to run an unforgettable week of activities, fun and friendship, with clear and faithful teaching from the Bible. We want to present Jesus Christ to the children and young people and to encourage them to follow Him, without any pressure.

M+M Holidays has been running since 2001. We’re a part of Ventures, an inter-denominational Christian youth organisation aiming to reach children and young people with the good news of Jesus Christ.

You can read the basis of faith of Ventures here.

The team members who teach at M+M also sign up to the CPAS Basis of Faith and Outworkings of Faith statements.

Our site

We’re based at The Rock Frontier Centre in Northamptonshire.

It’s a purpose-built activity centre with great facilities and beautiful scenery. There’s comfortable accommodation, good food and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy.

Finance

We want to make M+M great value for money.

We work hard to keep costs down and charge only what we need to for running the week. The cost of M+M includes all meals, accommodation and travel during the holiday.

We don’t want the cost to stop anyone coming to M+M. If the cost is a problem, please get in touch with us. We can help you get access to charitable assistance as necessary.
